South Cape Consulting was established in 2024 by ecological expert, Kyle Pote. Kyle has several years of consulting experience throughout the state and a broad range of knowledge and expertise for Florida habitat and wildlife. He has provided environmental consulting services for numerous projects spanning from the northwest panhandle to the Everglades.  These projects included single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental. The range in scope of services has been from minor general permits, to full environmental services for major projects.

In 2017, Kyle graduated with his bachelors in Coastal Environmental Science from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and received his masters in 2022 in Environmental GIS from Unity College in Unity, Maine. He also holds his FAA Part 107 certification to conduct commercial drone flights.
